The Telegram2MT4 copier requires both the copier app and the MT4 Terminal (Loaded with copier EA) open in order to receive signals and open trades in the MT4.
In case of either the copier app or MT4 being closed. Signals will not be sent to the configured MT4. Therefore, Make sure the copier app status and EA screen connection status is similar to shown below.
Also, It is compulsory that PC/Laptop does not go into sleep mode. In cases where this is not possible it is recommended to use a VPS (Virtual Private Server) which is similar to a personal PC running in the cloud for this purpose.
Copier app & MT4 is open but still not receiving signals to MT4?
- Make sure Auto Trading is enabled.
- Make sure DLL imports is enabled.
- If your account has non-standard currency pair names, make sure symbol settings are entered correctly.
- Eg: If the signal channel uses GOLD symbol and MT4 account uses XAUUSD. It is essential that the symbol conversion is entered correctly in EA settings.
