Causes for application start-up issues are very simple and easy to fix.

Screen stuck in loading screen

System requirements

Make sure that the system meets at least the minimum requirements.

Minimum PC/VPS specs
1 core
2GB ram
Only recommended for one MT4 platform

2 core
4 GB ram or higher
Recommended for 2-4 MT4 platforms


Supported Operating systems
Windows 10 or higher
Windows Server 2016 or higher

Sync Time / Time Zone

When time zones and time settings do not match, the copier will have trouble starting up. To fix this, You can set the correct time zone and sync the time with windows servers.

Restarting the PC or VPS

Sometimes if the program was closed forcefully, it may fail to start again properly. In such cases a simple restart would fix the issue.
