The Telegram2Mt4 copier does not support or incorrectly detects some signal formats as it is. There is a number of reasons for this,
Incorrect channel selected/ No channels selected
The Telegram2Mt4 copier requires the user to select which channel/ channels they wish to copy signals from to their configured MT4/5 like shown below.

The copier will only copy signals from the selected channels to the users MT4/5 platform. The most common and simplest reasons as to why the signals were not copied could be,
- The required channel is not selected by the user
- Incorrect channel selected by the user.
Therefore, Users should make sure that the required/ correct channel is selected from the copier app to ensure that signals will be copied to the configured MT4/5 platform. This can be verified from both, the right bottom corner of the EA Screen (Shown in the second screenshot above) and channels window in the copier app (Shown in the first screenshot above).
The Signal uses different words
Some signal providers use different words for signal commands. Currently the copier can only understand the following signal commands,
Entry commands: Entry, ENTER, NOW, OPEN, @
Operation: BUY, SELL, SHORT, PUT, LONG, CALL,BUY STOP, BUT LIMIT, SELL STOP, SELL LIMIT
SL commands: stoploss, stop, loss, S/L, SL
TP commands: takeprofit, take, profit, T/P,TPIf a signal is received with these commands the signal will be detected by the copier. But some signal providers use variations of these commands in their signals. In that case unless the command is added in the copier settings, the copier will not be able to detect these signals.
For instance, The following signal will not be detected as it is by the copier.
📈 VENTE EURGBP
👉 TP1 : 0.85
👉 TP2 : 0.84
🙅♂️ SL : 0.8920
In the above signal, VENTE is being used for the operation. As this is not a known operation the copier will not detect this as a signal. In order for the copier to be able to detect this signal, As VENTE is the French translation for SELL the following command should be added in the copier settings.
** User is not required to add the Entry, SL and TP commands as they are the standard words used in signals and the copier is able to identify those commands.
The signal is in a different language
Some signal providers provide their signals in different languages. In such instances the user is required to enter the foreign words used in the signal for each signal command in the copier settings.

SL 33460The above signal is in Portuguese language. Therefore, the following commands will be required to be added in the copier settings in order for the copier to be able to recognize the signal.
** User is not required to add the SL and TP commands as they are the standard words used in signals and the copier is able to identify those commands.
The signal uses an uncommon symbol
By default, the copier can recognize most of the commonly used forex pairs and Crypto pairs. However the copier will not be able to recognize most of exotic currency pairs, indexes, commodities, futures and new crypto pairs and such symbols will have to be added under symbols in the copier settings.

SL: 76.50The above signal will not be detected by the copier as the signal symbol is not recognized by the copier. In order for the copier to be able to detect this signal correctly, the user will be required to add symbol “WTI” in the symbols section in the copier settings.
** When adding symbols in the copier settings, Make sure the symbol is available in your MT4/5 account. If your MT4/5 account uses a different name for the entered signal, you will be required to map the symbols in the EA settings. Please refer EA settings symbol convert section for more information regarding symbol mapping.
The signal has more similarity towards a non -signal
Some signals have more similarity towards non signals than a signal. These signals includes a lot of text in between the signal values which makes it difficult for the copier to detect them as a signal.

As the copier does not have artificial intelligence technology to understand natural language like humans, the copier detects signals by checking for signal commands. Since the above signal includes a lot of text before the actual signal, the copier will disregard such signals and treat them as non signals.
The signal uses commas as the decimal separator
Some signal providers use a comma instead of a period to separate decimals in signal values.

SL: 108,12This will result in the copier incorrectly detecting signal values as the copier only identify a period as a decimal separator.
To solve the above issue, users can use below setting available in the Telegram2Mt4 copier to convert comma decimal separated values to values that the copier can understand.
Once the above setting is enabled the copier will be able to correctly identify the signal as shown in the image below.
